If the product becomes defective within this warranty period, you can rest assured that we will provide a suitable solution. To prevent possible complications, all our products are carefully checked before shipment. This ensures that they arrive to you in optimal condition and that any problems are proactively prevented.
Repair
Although we do not carry out repairs ourselves, we are always ready to support our customers. For this reason, we have established a partnership with a specialized third party that is responsible for repairing defective watches of our customers.
