Order
The ordering process follows the following steps. You place the desired product in your shopping cart and then navigate to the shopping cart page. If you have a voucher, you can enter the corresponding code in the appropriate field below the shopping cart. Once all the items you want are in the cart, you can proceed to the checkout page.
Enter your address details on the checkout page. If you already have an account, this information will be filled in automatically. If you don't have an account yet, you can choose to create one now.
After entering your address details, you will be asked to select your payment method. This of course depends on your choice and also requires that you agree to our terms and conditions. After approval, the payment process will continue. This process is handled externally via Mollie. Here you must follow the standard payment process. To check whether the payment page comes from us, you can check whether the Male Essentials logo is present. If this is the case, you know you are on the correct payment page.
Once payment is completed, all you have to do is wait for your order. You will of course receive a confirmation email with detailed information about your order and the delivery address. If there are any inaccuracies in this information, you can contact us now through us contact form to have your data corrected.
Delivery
Sending orders is free of charge, both for destinations within the Netherlands and Belgium. The delivery time for orders within the Netherlands is usually approximately 2 days. For orders from Belgium, a longer delivery time must be taken into account, usually around 5 days. Please also note that delivery times may be longer during public holidays and weekends.
We would like to emphasize that we cannot be held liable if a package is delivered later than initially communicated. This is because we are dependent on DHL, our parcel supplier. Unforeseen complications with our supplier may lead to delivery delays. If such a situation arises, we will inform you in a timely manner by e-mail.

Returns
Het kan voorkomen dat je niet tevreden bent over je ontvangen bestelling. Gelukkig hanteren wij een bedenktijd van 30 dagen, die ingaat op het moment dat je het product in ontvangst neemt. De kosten voor het retourneren van het horloge zijn voor eigen rekening. Houd hier dus rekening mee wanneer je je bestelling plaatst.
Indien je wenst over te gaan tot het retourneren van jouw horloge, verzoeken wij je vriendelijk het onderstaande formulier in te vullen. Na het invullen van het formulier kan je zien waar je je bestelling naartoe kan verzenden.
Zodra wij de geretourneerde bestelling hebben ontvangen, zullen wij het geld binnen een week terugstorten. Wanneer het teruggestuurde horloge gebruikssporen vertoont of beschadigd is, behouden wij ons het recht voor geen restitutie te verlenen en zullen wij het horloge naar jou terugzenden.
Binnen de termijn van 30 dagen is het niet toegestaan om het horloge intensief te gebruiken, zoals nader toegelicht in onze algemene voorwaarden, tenzij je het horloge toch wel wilt houden uiteraard.
