Delivery
It takes around two days before you receive your package. This is from the moment the order is confirmed. It could prevent delivery lasts longer than two daysWe cannot do anything about this, because we are dependent on the services of DHL, our parcel provider.
Your package will be delivered by DHL.
Payment
We currently support Ideal, Creditkaart and Bancontant payments.
Order
As soon as you have paid via our payment provider, the order is completed and the wait for your package begins. By giving you assurance that we have received your order, you will also receive one from us confirmation email which contains your order and what your delivery address is. If you see something that is incorrect, you can contact us immediately so that we can correct the error.
What a shame, you ordered something, but you are still not completely satisfied. As long as you buy your product less than 30 days ago and you have worn your product minimally and have not damaged it, you have the right to return your product to us. Via the form on the 'Ordering, Delivery & Returns' page you can register your product for return and we will provide you with the address to which you can return the package.

In case you an account you can easily cancel your order by pressing the 'Cancel request' button for your orders. This is only possible if the order has not yet been processed. If you have already paid, we will refund the amount. Your order has now been successfully canceled!
If you have no account then it becomes a bit more difficult. You will then contact us through us contact form must contact us, stating your order number and the reason you wish to cancel your order. As soon as we receive the email, we will cancel your order and refund your paid money!
Your package is composed as follows: A strong cardboard box, containing foam flakes to keep the watch box in place, so that your order is on its way cannot simply be damaged! One for the rest watch box containing your watch safely. Also included in the box is a printed confirmation of the purchase.
Warranty
You get two year warranty on your order.
